Service Call / Call-out Fees

For each request for a service call or emergency call-out, a service call fee will be charged - this may be required in advance of providing service.
The service call fee takes into account the type of equipment or machinery, the nature of the fault or issue, your location, and whether the service call / call-out is required within or outside of our normal working hours.
For this reason, service call fees may vary from customer to customer and you will be advised of the service call fee and what it covers when you contact us with your enquiry.

To book a service call / call-out during our normal working hours, please telephone; 01922 254044
To book a service call / call-out outside of our normal working hours, please telephone; 0330 3303 247

Please note; the service call fee is to attend to one item of equipment as arranged whilst booking your appointment, if you require the engineer to evaluate more than one item of equipment during the site visit, please advise this whilst booking your appointment.

The service call fee will still be charged and payable in the event that your equipment is deemed to be beyond practical or economical repair.

Your invoice will be issued by the engineer and will be due and payable immediately

Payment can be made in the following ways;

  • Cash paid to the engineer
  • Instant bank transfer / BACS (certain exclusions apply)
  • Debit & Credit Card - in person or by phone
  • PAYMENT BY CHEQUE IS NOT ACCEPTED
  • CREDIT FACILITIES ARE NOT PROVIDED
